PAYMENT METHODS 
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. All prices are in U.S. dollars.  Our site uses SSL encryption to keep your information secure and private.  

SHIPPING
All packages are shipped from our studio in the mid-Atlantic region. Orders are processed and shipped within 5-6 business days. Transit times are approximately 2-8 days depending on proximity and carrier. Our carriers have indicated that delivery times may be longer depending on weather, seasonal volume and other unforeseen circumstances.

IMPORTANT: Please review and understand transit times and requirements and damage or lost item policies for each carrier. Need it quickly? Send us a note and we'll do our best to accommodate! However, we do not offer overnight shipping at this time. 

USPS does not offer overnight delivery.


We do not currently offer overnight processing or shipping. You can request a rush order by contacting us directly at hello@easternshoreco.com to arrange. Rush orders are on a case-by-case approved basis. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

NOTE: USPS Priority Express Mail is not overnight shipping. Please check the latest information on the USPS website for the most up-to-date details. Only FedEx offers overnight shipping.

The free shipping for orders $99 and above applies to ground shipping only for USPS, UPS, and FedEx up to $25.00 in value.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY 
No worries! We have a 30 day window return policy! Items must be in resalable condition - i.e., not burned and in original, undamaged packaging.  Please see our Return Policy page for more information or contact us directly at hello@easternshorecandleco.com

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Mistakes do happen! Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Give us a shout at hello@easternshorecandleco.com and we will respond promptly. Please include order number, name and address, description of damage or issue.  A photo always helps!

GIFT PURCHASES 
All of our shipments leave our studio safely packaged. Specialty gift packaging is available upon request. Send us an email at hello@easternshorecandleco.com.
