A Passion for Fragrance, A Love for the Sea
The journey to creating the Eastern Shore Candle Company was born from two deep passions—an obsession with fragrance and an enduring love for the sea. Though they may not seem connected at first, together they inspired our founder, Tracie, to embark on an entirely new adventure.
A New Beginning
With an entrepreneurial spirit and a longing for something more meaningful, Tracie made the bold decision to leave behind corporate life and follow the call of the Eastern Shore. Inspired by its rugged beauty and the tranquility of sailing its waters, she set out to create something special—candles that capture the essence of the shore and the memories it holds.
Eastern Shore Candle Co. is more than a business; it’s a way to share the coastal charm she loves while crafting a better, cleaner-burning candle. Each scent is thoughtfully designed to bring warmth, nostalgia, and a touch of the shore into your home.

Meticulously Crafted, From Wax to Wick
We didn’t just want to make candles—we wanted to create something truly special. A product that stands out not only in fragrance and design but in quality. So, we immersed ourselves in the art and science of candle-making, learning everything about wax, fragrance oils, wicks, and the perfect burn.
Our choice became clear: coconut soy wax. It’s clean-burning, long-lasting, eco-friendly, and beautifully smooth—everything a great candle should be.
But this journey has been about more than candles. It’s been about creativity, resilience, and community. Every step—from designing scents to perfecting packaging—has been driven by passion and a desire to bring a little extra joy into people’s lives.
Candles do more than light up a room. They evoke memories, create moments of peace, and turn houses into homes. Every candle tells a story, and we can’t wait for you to be part of ours.
